This is a fun, fully customizable boat adventure discovering the beautiful Taboga island and its surroundings, departing directly from Panama City. Located 8 nautical miles from Panama City (about 30 minutes). Taboga is surrounded by several picturesque islets and has dense vegetation and an amazing waterfall that crashes directly into the Ocean. The island has nice beaches to swim and snorkel, as well as docking facilities to step into the friendly local fisherman town. If you would like a fishing-oriented day, it is advisable to depart early in the morning. Fishing around the Bay of Panama and the island of Taboga, the species that can be captured are Dorado (Mahi Mahi), Yellowtail Tuna, Spanish mackerel, Tuna Bonito, Jack Crevalle, among others, as well as bottom species such as snapper, Pargo, Grouper, and Amberjack. You can also visit one of the best fishing spots in Panamanian waters: Twenty Fathom, at about 5 nautical miles south of the island.
