This tour was an amazing experience to get to know Panama City. Our tour guide Jennifer was amazing in terms of knowledge, pick-up and drop off flexibility, able to accomodate us during the tour through the city for us to feel safe and comfortable. My favorite part of this tour was the walk through casco viejo. Although, the rest of the stops were very interesting with beautiful views. If you want to have an overview of the history of Panama city, I would not hesitate of booking this tour. I loved the tour was private being able to complete the whole tour in approx 4 to 5 hours. Jennifer was exceptional, as she was able to provide a bilingual tour to our group.
Do this tour instead of the ship's tour!

We thoroughly enjoyed our visit of Panama with Ivan. We appreciated being able to bring our 2-year old son. Walter is great at customer service- he made sure we had a car big enough for our stroller, got us bottled waters, and had us visit some places where we could see the whole canal. He even opened the car door for me :).
We loved that he was very flexible with our itinerary- we asked to swap out one of the stops to make a stop of our won, and we asked to have Lunch in a local place + swing by a supermarket. Ivan took our requests to heart and made them happen on the fly. We highly recommend him.

Jennifer was a great tour guide and helped us throughout the city and teaching us about the various historical events that took place in Panama City as well as showing us how the Panama Canal works. She was very patient during our time and gave us the full description of the areas we were surrounded by. She helped translate our English to Spanish so other people could understand and overall, she was a great tour guide. We visited multiple sites throughout the tour. Thank you!

We are a family of four and just had the tour of Panama City and Panama Canal with Jennifer! She was amazing! Friendly very knowledgable and patient with our kids.
She took us to all the spots around the city and made sure we had a good time. I highly recommend Jennifer!
Great tour with one concern

Jose was a very knowledgeable tour guide and we learned a lot. He tailored the tour to what we were interested in. We learned a lot about the Panama Canal and history of Panama.
One concern - he gave my phone number to a male acquaintance of his that was flirting with my friend. He also told another male acquaintance what hotel we were staying at. This was uncomfortable and unprofessional.
