Great trip and overall experience seeing the canal and lake Gatun! The pilot was experienced and I had a relaxed and competent feel about him. His English was very good.

Excellent Service, The called us the night before to confirm and picked us up at our Panama Hotel. The staff was very friendly. I enjoyed the service and they were very welcoming. The Helicopter ride was fun and exciting. They tailored a bit of the ride to suit your preferences which is always nice.
I would definitely recommend this to people wanting something fun and interesting to do in Panama.

The pilot Juan was very nice and informative. The men at the hanger were wonderful. My draw back was the flight time. The advertisement for the adventure states a 30 minute flight which it was not. The time in the air was only 20 minutes with five minutes preparation for take off and five minutes for landing and disembarking. After waiting for two hours while the helicopter was being repaired and then only having 20 minutes in the air was very disappointing. The flight was beautiful and the sight’s amazing but for 20 minutes in the air after a 2 hour wait and the cost of the flight I don’t know if was worth it. So anyone considering this helicopter adventure needs to take the cost and time in the air into consideration before choosing if this is the right adventure for them.
