Taboga Island is the best option to go to the beach from Panama City. What To Expect
Isla Taboga
Taboga Island is located about twenty kilometers off the coast of Panama City in the Pacific Ocean. The activity starts at 9:30am (check-in 45 minutes before). We sail to the back of Taboga Island and on the way you can see the Bridge of the Americas, the Amador Causeway and the Bay of Panama. We anchor in a virgin bay around 11am. Clients take advantage of the sea and the sun to bathe and relax until lunchtime. Musical atmosphere and open bar all day. At 12pm we start sailing towards the main beach and the town of Taboga.

This tour was a lot of fun. The boat ride to the island was a lot of fun. The crew was very friendly and helpful and the view of the canal and nearby islands was great. The atmosphere was very pleasant. The swimming area on the far side of the island was quite nice. The beach area on the near side of the island was also terrific. My kids loved the trip. It really was everything I hoped it would be. We will probably be back to Panama and I would seriously consider doing the same trip a second tim.

Awesome sunny day on the catamaran looking at ships and pretty Taboga beach with super attentive, fun crew!!! Lunch was delicious and drinks a-plenty! We got the most tan and amazing time swimming out of our entire stay in Panama, much recommended!!!! Would do it again!!!!

The sail to Taboga Island was very relaxing and the swimming around the catamaran was fun. Taboga Island beach was also nice.
